Circle of Friends is a Loyalty Program from Plataran Group for their valued customers. Commercial use of the program is prohibited.

Membership is free and customers can register at Plataran Circle of Friends’ app or website

Customers need to register valid information upon registration and activate the membership by verifying the phone number through OTP.

Members should always make sure that their information is accurate.

Plataran Circle of Friends points are calculated (before tax and service charges) by earnings from each hotel stay and non-room transactions in Plataran Group’s. The points calculation may vary depending on the Location of Plataran Establishment.

Plataran Circle of Friends Membership and its privileges are not transferable. However, it can be combined with other promotions. Point calculation will be based on the amount transaction that You Paid, before tax and service charges.

Plataran Circle of Friends points will expire 12 months after a member's last transaction. Points expiration will be updated automatically after the last Point activity. Members need to make sure to check out before points expiration date to extend the points validity.

Membership is open for individuals and not available for corporations, charities, partnership, Plataran’s employees or any other entities.

Plataran Circle of Friends reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits at any time.

Plataran Circle of Friends reserves the rights to make an adjustment of the membership status if qualifying spending is not reached within the given time.

Plataran Circle of Friends reserves the right to change the total points required for redeemable items and the related T&C for rewards at any time.

Under no circumstances shall Plataran Group entities be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the Plataran Circle of Friends Program, even if any or all of Plataran Group entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Any fraudulent or unauthorized use of the membership is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the program

Plataran Group maintains the right to amend, change or withdraw the terms & conditions from time to time without prior notice.

Plataran Group reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the Plataran Circle of Friends membership at any time and in its sole discretion without notice. Once the membership is terminated, all benefits and privileges shall cease forthwith and any Plataran Circle of Friends points will be forfeited immediately.

By participating in the program, every member agrees to allow Plataran Group to communicate via mail, email, phone and text messages to the members. Plataran Group will protect member’s data in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia.

By registering to the program, you are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and are bound by the full terms & conditions of the Plataran Circle of Friends program.

In no event will Plataran Group and affiliates, any participating property and each of their respective employees be liable for any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with the loyalty program or operation of the loyalty program.

At any time and in the company’s sole discretion (including, without limitation, where a member was not eligible to earn a specific benefit or points pursuant to these program Rules), the company may correct (I)the amount of points or the number of spending credited to a member’s account, and (ii) any other benefits that has been credited to a member’s account, including, without limitation, any membership Status.
